What materials are used in Trollbeads jewelry?
Every piece is crafted from high-quality materials, including 18k gold, Sterling silver, Italian glass, freshwater pearls, amber, and precious gemstones. Each glass bead is handmade individually over a red-hot flame.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer Express Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 2 PM GMT, Monday through Thursday.
Can I return an item if it's not right for me?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
How do I choose the correct bracelet size?
When measuring for a bracelet, we recommend adding 2cm to your wrist circumference to allow space for beads. Please note that our listed lengths include the clasp, even though clasps are sold separately.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All Trollbeads products come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase, covering any potential production defects.
