Pack Your Items
Carefully place your Trollbeads in their original presentation boxes and secure them in a protective shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Trollbeads UK
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest designated Royal Mail post office or collection point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
